Embroidered Patches

Our custom embroidered patches offer a high quality and low cost alternative to direct embroidery. We use a high quality cotton twill backing and Super Strength Rayon thread for all our patches. Embroidered patches are perfect for military units, law enforcement, fire departments, security personnel, sports teams, and clubs. Your patch can have many different backings to meet your needs. Most customers opt for the iron on back however we also offer a Velcro backing, peel and stick temporary backing, or simply no backing if your patch will be sewn on.

How are they made?

We start by 1st creating your design in full color and sending it to you for your approval (we call this a virtual sample). We include free artwork with unlimited revisions so don't worry about making any changes; we won't start making your embroidered patch until you are 100% happy with your design. Once you are happy with your patch artwork and you approve the design we have the design "digitized". The digitizing is needed so that the sewing heads have a digital design and guidelines to follow. We now select the proper color for the cotton backing and attach the backing to the base of the sewing heads. Some machines have as many as 32 sewing heads that run at the same time creating the same patch design. After embroidery is complete the patch is trimmed and the backing of your choice is applied. Your embroidered patch is now ready for packaging and shipping!

How to determine your patch size?

Measure your patch or artwork to the largest dimension height and width.
Add the 2 measurements together and divide by 2.
This is the size that is used to determine your price.

Example: Height 2" + Width 3" = 5" divided by 2 = 2.5"
