Yes, but Pinmart prefers that all stock product orders be placed
via our web site by our customers. The main reason for this
is security. Pinmart does not store or keep credit card
information for any of our customers. When you give us a
credit card number over the phone it requires several extra
administrative steps to process the order. Orders taken
over the phone can take up to 24 additional hours to process.

- Can I make changes
or additions to my order?
Unfortunately, due to our fast processing time, we are unable
to make changes to an order that has already been placed.
This is why it is very important to double-check your order
before you send it to us. If you need to add additional
items, you can just place a new order for the additional

- How do I know my
order was received?
When you place your order at www.pinmart.com you will receive
a copy of the order number along with your confirmation
via e-mail. This is why it is so important to enter your
e-mail address accurately on the order form. [Back

- When will my order
ship?
Pinmart takes approximately 24 hours (Monday-Friday) to
process a stock product order upon receipt if all necessary
information is completed accurately along with proper payment.

- Do I have to pay
sales tax on my order?
We charge sales tax to Illinois residents or for any order
picked up in our Illinois distribution center. If you have
a tax exempt certificate (& you live in Illinois) please
provide us with a copy along with your order (the state
does require us to obtain a copy of the actual tax exempt

online with Pinmart?
Yes, we use the latest in online security to ensure that

- How long does
it take to ship to my location?
Standard Ground Shipping
- The shipping days shown do
not include processing time.
- When choosing your shipping method,
please keep in mind that UPS ground does not deliver
on Saturday or Sunday.
- Ground UPS is not a guaranteed
service.
- All order shipped to AK &
HI USPS unless you select 2nd day air.
- All orders to APO/FPO addresses
are shipped via USPS.
- All orders less than 25 pins
will be shipped USPS.
- Pinmart requires a street address
for all deliveries. We do ship to PO Boxes via UPS.
Please keep in mind that Ground UPS or USPS mail is not guaranteed
& may sometimes take an additional day or two to reach
some destinations from Pinmart main distribution center
in Illinois. Please keep in mind that Air shipping does
not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays unless you call to request

- What is the cost
of shipping my stock products (custom products include FREE shipping)?
In order to help defer the rising cost of shipping and fuel PinMart charges a flat rate $3.85
shipping and handling for all orders. This rate applies to any size order shipped via standard
ground service within the contiguous US. If you choose to ship via an optional expedited method than
the cost of shipping varies depending on where you are located,
what you are ordering, & the method of shipping that

- Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our
distribution center, we will e-mail the tracking number(s)

- Do you ship to
overseas military addresses?
Yes, we will gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses. We ship via
Mail (USPS). After the order leaves our distribution center,
Mail takes about 7-14 days to reach most APO/FPO locations.
Express Mail takes about 3-4 days to reach most APO/FPO
locations (if Express Mail is available in your area). Please

- Do I have to be
home when the order is delivered?
Ground shipping generally does not require a signature. However,
it is up to the driver as to whether to leave the package
if the weather or delivery area isn't considered to be safe.
Air shipments generally do require a signature. UPS will
try to leave a note if they tried to deliver a package &
there wasn't anyone there to accept the package. Note all
orders over $500.00 require a signature. [Back

- How to report damaged
product?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer
Service Department at customerservice@pinmart.net or 1-877-746-6278.
Our representatives are available Mon.-Fri. 8:00am - 4:30pm
CST. Please be sure to include information about what was
damaged (the item number that needs replacing), your name
& address, your customer number, & your invoice
number. They will be happy to assist you in replacing the

- How do I return
an item?
If you need to return merchandise, please contact our Customer
Service Department at customerservice@pinmart.net
or 1-877-746-6278. Our representatives are available Mon.-Fri.
8:00am - 4:30pm CST. Please be sure to include information
about what needs to be returned (the item number(s), your
name & address, your customer number, the reason for
the return, & your invoice number. We do not accept
returns after 30 days. All returns are subject to a 15%
restocking fee. All items must be returned in manner they
are received. Only our Customer Service Department can authorize
the acceptance of returned merchandise. No returned merchandise
will be accepted without a return authorization number.

- I don't have artwork
but I have an idea. Can you do the artwork for me?
Yes, we have created artwork from hand-written drawings on napkins.
We'll take your artwork in any format and convert it to
manufacturing ready artwork. You can view our artwork guidelines

- I don't need custom
pins. I want to buy off-the-shelf pins. Where should I look?

- How long does it
take to make a pin?
Your custom Lapel pins will be ready to ship in about 3-4
weeks after the artwork is approved. Please let us know
if you require a faster turnaround. [Back

- What about trademarks
and licenses?
We do not make pins with licensed marks unless you have
the license. You will need to furnish proof that you have
the right to use a trademarked logo or artwork. If we learn
after making a pin that a trademark was violated, we will
turn the matter over to proper authorities. [Back

- What is your minimum
pin order?
For Custom Pins the minimum order is 100 pins. For Stock
Pins please view the pin you would like and the system will

- How much do you
charge for artwork?
Zero, Nada, Nothing, for our customers. Once you enter your
order for a custom pin our pin designers will work with
you to produce exactly what you want. If you decide not
to do the pin after we have spent time with you doing the
artwork, then we will charge you an artwork charge of $40.00.

- Why is a deposit
required to do artwork, if the charge is 100% credited to
the order?
We do this for customers that do not want to pay for the
custom pin job upfront and want to see what the artwork
will look like. We charge to protect our investment of time
to develop the artwork for your job. When you place your
order we credit 100% of the deposit back to your job. [Back

- I have received
other quotes that are much higher than yours, what am I
missing?
We are the factory! We supply many companies around the
world with our lapel pins. Possibly including one you got
a quote from. Pinmart is a leading designer of and manufacture
of both stock and custom pins. We don't just work out of
an office suite on a computer. We carry millions of stock
pin designs in inventory available to ship today. [Back

- How many colors
can I put on a pin?
We can do printed pins allowing us to utilize over 16 million
colors, just like as if the pin was a photograph. PLEASE
NOTE*** If the pin is stamped out of a sheet of metal colors
can only be inserted where the metal is inverted or concave
and the metal walls can hold the colors. The normal pin
generally has 4 or less colors. [Back to

- Which are the best
quality lapel pins?
Cloisonné. They are as fine as a piece of jewelry.
They are durable and show excellent color separation. [Back

- What kind of pins
are the best value?
This will depend somewhat on your design, the number of
colors you want, as well as the quality and quantity level
you are seeking. It's best to submit your design and let
one of our design experts' help you select the correct process.

- Can I see a sample
of your work?
Yes. Just let our pin designers know when you are getting
your quote done and they will send you out a sample done
in the process that your pin will be done in. [Back

- Can I get a sample
of my pin before you complete my order?
Yes, this is what we refer to as a "pre-production
sample". Your pin designer can go over the costs with
you for this process. Generally it is an additional cost
of $50.00 for the sample. If after you see the sample you
decide to cancel your pin order completely you will be charged
for the sample and a die charge of approximately $100.00.

- What if I
don't like the pins?
We stand behind our pins 100%. All of our products are inspected
at five different inspection points during our manufacturing
to shipping cycle. If there is any error or defect in the
items, it will be corrected at no cost to you. [Back
