What is the best way to contact PinMart?

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer a variety of shipping methods. Only the shipping methods your order qualifies for will be displayed during the checkout process.

Domestic shipping options:

  • UPS Ground 1 – 5 days
  • UPS Next day air
  • UPS 2nd day air
  • UPS Saturday
  • UPS Postal 3 – 7 days (Option available depending on order weight)

International shipping options:

  • UPS Expedited 2 – 5 days
  • UPS Standard (duties paid by ship to)
  • UPS Worldwide Saver 2 – 5 days (duties not included)
  • Standard 5 – 10 days

How much does shipping cost?

There is no set pricing for shipping. The best way to determine your shipping cost is to enter your items into your shopping cart online and proceed to check out. Once you enter your shipping information you will see all of your shipping options and costs. No payment information is required to determine shipping costs.

Domestic orders weighing less than 1 pound have the options to ship UPS Postal for a flat rate of $3.95. UPS Postal is a program through UPS called Mail Innovations. The way this works is UPS picks up your order from our warehouse, brings it to their sorting facilities and delivers it to your local post office. Then your mail carrier will deliver your order to you with your daily mail.

Why isn’t UPS Postal showing as one of my shipping options?

We are unable to ship items weighing over 1 lb. via UPS postal. Please choose other shipping method available from the options provided.  It may be that your order weighs over 1 pound and will not allow your package to ship via postal.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Once you have entered your items into your shopping cart online, proceed to check out. While entering your shipping information you will see a drop down menu of all the countries we ship to. Once your address is entered, you will then see your shipping options and costs. (Only the shipping methods your order qualifies for will be displayed)

International shipping options:

  • UPS Expedited 2 – 5 days
  • UPS Standard (duties paid by ship to)
  • UPS Worldwide Saver 2 – 5 days (duties not included)
  • Standard 5 – 10 days

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, you can give us a call and a PinMart representative will be happy to take your order over the phone. We can only accept credit card orders over the phone. 1.877.746.6278

Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box?

If you are shipping UPS Postal you can ship to a PO Box. All other UPS shipping methods must have a street address for delivery. 

If your order weighs over 1 pound and you still want to ship through the mail, we can ship your order USPS Priority. Please call PinMart and a representative can help. 1.877.746.6278

Will I need to be home to sign for my package?

No, unless you have specifically requested for your order to be signature required, you will not need to sign for your order. (Please note, it is up to the discretion of the delivery driver if they are willing to leave the package at your residence without someone home, this is not a PinMart decision.)

How can I pay for my order?

You can place your order online with any major credit card or using your PayPal account. You can also send a check or money order to the address above. Orders cannot ship until payment is collected. Send your check with details of your order to PinMart, Inc., 180 Martin Lane, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. Please contact us at 1-877-746-6278 with any questions you may have.

Will I be charged tax?

All orders shipped outside of Illinois are not charged sales tax. If you are shipping within Illinois and are tax exempt, please fax your tax exempt letter to 1.847.709.2868 with your order number in the cover letter and a PinMart representative will be in contact with you to proceed with removing the tax from your order.

Does PinMart accept Purchase Orders?

Yes, we accept P.O’s only from schools and government agencies. Orders can be faxed to 1.847.709.2868. The requirements for P.O.’s are as follows:

  • There is $100 minimum order before tax and shipping.
  • It must be a formal purchase order with a reference number and must be on printed letterhead or pre-printed with school/government information.
  • Also include:
    • Authorizing signatures
    • Billing and shipping information
    • Contact person’s name, phone number and email address
  • Orders are sent Via UPS ground out of Illinois with a small shipping and handling charge.
  • We reserve the right to reject any purchase order that we feel does not meet the above criteria, or is not directly connected to the school or agency.
  • Payment is due within 30 days of billing.  Orders not paid within that time may be accessed a late charge and future purchase orders will not be accepted.

I am local, may I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our office. If you are picking up your stock order, make sure to place your order online ahead of time and give us a call so we are able to remove the shipping cost from your order and give you an estimated pick up time. If you are picking up a custom order, let your PinMart sales representative know in advance and they will contact you when your order is complete.

I am local, may I come by and shop at your store?

No, unfortunately we do not have a store.  Our products are available to view and purchase online only.

Can you please send me a catalog?

PinMart does not have a physical catalog.  As we often update our product line, all of our current items are listed on our website to view at any time.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits and charities?

Yes, we offer a discount for qualified non-profits and charities. At the bottom of any page on the website you can click on the link that says “Non-Profits and Charities” and enter the information required. A PinMart representative will reach out to you with any further questions and provide you a discount code should you qualify.

Yes, we offer discounts for qualified Reseller on orders over $150. At the bottom of any page on the website you can click on the link that says “Resellers” and enter the information required. IN-STOCK ITEM QUESTIONS

How long will it take for my stock order to ship?

Orders shipping via UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air will ship from our warehouse the same business day provided your order is placed by 2:00pm CST. For all other shipping options please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship from our warehouse.

Can I get a copy of my order emailed to me?

Yes, during the checkout process you will be prompted to enter your email address. Once you submit your order you will automatically be sent an order confirmation via email.

Can you email me my tracking number?

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse you will get an automated email letting you know your order has shipped along with your tracking number.

Do you have any promotions going on right now?

Yes, when you are in the shopping cart, below the items you have selected, there is a box that says “Have a promo code? Find one now.” Here you will find the current promotions that we offer. Click on the one that applies to your order and press submit.

Is there a minimum order for stock items found on your website?

No, there is no minimum order for stock items.

How much do your stock items cost?

All of our items are priced differently. If you click on the individual item you are interested in, it will have the pricing and product description along with multiple images of that item. As per your item quantity increases, your per item cost decreases.

I am buying several different stock items online. Can I combine quantity pricing to get a reduced price?

No, we cannot combine quantity pricing. Pricing is based per item not on your total order. As your per time quantity increases, your per item cost decreases.

What is your return policy for stock items?

We are happy to accept returns for any reason within the first 30 days of your purchase, as long as the item is still in its original packaging. We will refund you for the amount of your item(s) less shipping. Please contact us prior to returning your item(s) so we can provide you with a return authorization number. Once we receive your item(s) back we will issue your refund. *No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. How do I cancel my in stock merchandise order?

Can I add/delete items once my order has been placed?

Once you have submitted your order, you can no longer add/delete items on your order through the website. If you need to add/delete items you can call 1.877.746.6278 and a customer service representative will be able to assist you.

How do I create an account with PinMart? Do I need to create an account to complete my order?

You can create an account while placing your order online. At the end of the checkout process there a spot to enter a password and your order will automatically create an account for you with the information you have already entered. If you do not want to create an account, you can uncheck the check box and can complete your order as a guest.

Where are your in-stock products made?

PinMart utilizes many different factories and production facilities worldwide, including large production facilities right here in the USA as well as China and Taiwan.

How can I check on the status of my order?

At the bottom of any page on the website, you can click on the link that says “Order Status” and enter the information requested. If you have an account with us, you can log into your account and check your order status there as well.

Do you offer bulk pricing for orders larger then what your website shows?

Depending on the size of the order and the item, we may be able to offer bulk pricing beyond what is listed on the website. Please contact PinMart with the item number, quantity and date needed by and we can determine if a bulk pricing discount is available for you. 1.877.746.6278

What is the minimum order for custom products?

The minimum for a custom pin order is 100 pieces.

Can I mix and match to meet the 100 piece custom product minimum?

There are things we can do to within the 100 piece minimum, but on the whole, we do need 100 identical pieces. Contact a custom sales representative to discuss your particular situation.

How quickly can I receive my custom product?

In most cases custom products take about 25 business days to create, however there are several QUICK SHIP options available as well. For all other time frames please contact a custom sales representative.

Do you make custom products in the USA?

Do you have discounts for military organizations or non-profits?

How much will it cost to ship my custom product?

Ground shipping inside the continental US is always free. We can ship custom products all over the world and we can also expedite the shipping. For these costs, please contact a custom product representative.

I’m interested in recreating a well-known logo/symbol/image: may I?

We are happy to replicate any icon or pop culture symbol you have in mind, granted you have the appropriate license approval to have the image recreated. Contact a custom product representative for more info.

What sort of artwork do I need to provide you?

Whatever artwork you have, we will work with, whether that’s a final vectorized piece of artwork, a hand drawing you scan and send to us or just ideas given over the phone or via email.

Is artwork created before I commit to an order?

Absolutely. Our design team will create free artwork for you to look over and will work with you on your design until it receives your written approval.
