All of our patches have two different edge types to seal off your patches. Merrowed edges offer a thick, classic border, ideal for standard shapes. Heat Cut edges contour finely, perfect for unique shapes. Both ensure a clean finish.

When ordering custom patches, consider their use: temporary or permanent? For long-term wear, choose iron-on or sew-on patches. Iron-on patches can be temporarily attached before sewing. Velcro® patches are ideal for frequently washed or regularly changed garments. Stick-on backing is best for short-term use. Available backings include iron-on, sew-on, Velcro®, and peel-and-stick.
